Pasta with Mustard White Sauce





Pasta with Mustard white sauce is a sure winner if you want to avoid a boring dinner at home. Prepare this yummy dish and avoid seeing somber faces of your near and dear ones.

Ingredients:
Pasta
Chopped capsicum
Chopped carrot
Chopped tomato
Sweet corn
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Corn flour
Milk
Pepper powder
Salt
Mustard powder
Kasundi (Indian mustard sauce)
Dry oregano
Dry parsley
Butter
White oil

Preparation:

White sauce: Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic. When it turns golden add cornflour and milk and keep stirring well so that no lump is formed. When it becomes thick, add pepper powder and mustard powder and mix it well. White sauce is now ready.

Pasta: At first boil pasta with few drops of oil, water and a pinch of salt. When the pasta becomes soft strain water and keep aside. Now put oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and garlic and sauté it. Add chopped capsicum, carrot and corn and stir well in high flame. After 1-2 minutes add boiled pasta and chopped tomato and mix well. Add salt, pepper powder, white sauce and kasundi and stir well. Serve hot pasta in a plate and spread some dry herbs on it.
