Murg Kali Mirch

Ingredients:
Chicken medium pieces
Garlic paste
Ginger paste.
Salt
Black pepper powder
White pepper powder
Crushed black pepper
Coriander leaves
White oil

Preparation:
Marinate the chicken for an hour with ginger-garlic paste and two types of pepper. Heat oil in a pan and put the marinated chicken. Fry it about for around 5 minutes. Then add salt and water and cover the pan with lid till the chicken is cooked. Now remove the lid and pour into a bowl. Spread crushed black pepper and coriander leaves over the chicken.
