Easy to cook malai paneer (cottage cheese)
Malai Paneer

Ingredients:
Grated paneer (cottage cheese) – 300 gms
Curd – 100gms
Tomato puree
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt
Sugar
Ginger paste
Cumin powder
Fenugreek leaves (kasuri leaves)
Green peas
Green chilli
White oil
Ghee
Preperation:
Heat oil in a pan and add tomato puree, ginger paste, cumin powder, chilli powder and kasuri leaves. Mix it well and add salt and sugar. Now add grated paneer, green peas and curd and wait for 2 minutes. Pour into a plate and garnish with green chilli. Serve with naan or paratha.

Crispy saucy chicken is a starter dish and very easy to cook. Actually it is a real 5 minutes recipe.

Crispy Saucy Chicken 

Ingredients:

Chicken- medium pieces
Tomato ketch-up
Flour
Cornflour
Crushed garlic
Crushed green chilli
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt
Sugar
Dry roasted sesame seeds
Ajinamoto
White oil

Preperation:

In a bowl take flour, cornflour (the proportion is 1:2), salt and water and make a thin batter. Heat oil in a pan and deep the chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry it till golden. Now reduce oil and add crushed garlic and green chilli. After that, add tomato ketch-up, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and ajinamoto. Stir it well. Add chicken pieces and mix it. Now pour it into a serving bowl and spread sesame seeds over the chicken.

Banana Flower Curry

Ingredients:

Banana flower (mocha)
Potato
Boiled black chana
Turmeric powder
Sugar
Salt
Bay leaf
Cumin seeds
Grated coconut
Ghee
Mustard oil
Garam masala powder

How to cook banana flower curry:

At first chop the banana flowers finely. Wash and then boil it. Now strain the water and keep it aside. Cut the potato into small square pieces. Now heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf and cumin seeds. Fry till spluttering stops and add potato. Fry them and add boiled banana flowers. Now add turmeric powder, salt and mix it. Then add boiled chana and a little bit of water. Cover it till the potatoes become soft. Now add ghee and garam masala powder and mix it. 

Mochar Ghonto is  now ready. Before serving, spread grated coconut.

Broccoli With Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

Broccoli
Red capsicum
Green capsicum
Yellow capsicum
Sliced onion
Chopped garlic
Paprika sauce
Flour
Milk
Mustard powder
Pepper powder
Salt
Sugar
Seasoning cube
White oil
Butter
Preperation:
At first cut broccoli into florets. In a pan take white oil and put sliced onion. Fry it till golden and keep aside. Now take another pan and take butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté it. Now add flour and milk and stir it well. Add pepper powder and mustard powder and mix it well and keep aside. In a bowl take worm water and put a seasoning cube and keep aside. Now, heat oil in a pan and add broccoli and a pinch of salt. After 2-3 minutes add all capsicums (julienne cut). Fry it and add sugar, pepper powder, salt, paprika sauce and mix it in high flame. Now add butter sauce and diluted seasoning cube and mix it well. Wait for 1-2 minutes and add fried onion and mix it. Your yummy broccoli with butter sauce is now ready.

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken (small pieces)
Ginger-garlic paste
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Sugar
Egg
Corn flour
White oil
Curd
Recipe:
Marinate the chicken with curd, ginger-garlic paste, egg, red chili powder and coriander powder for 2-3 hours. Heat oil in a fry pan and add marinated chicken one by one. Fry it till brown. Remove from pan and add curry leaves, chopped green chili and ginger -garlic paste. Stir it well and add curd, salt and sugar and mix well. Now add fried chicken and toss it. Serve hot.
