Ingredients:
Raw mango (1pc)
Water (1 cup)
Sugar (3 tsp)
Salt
Black pepper powder
Roasted cumin powder (1tsp)
Mint leaves
Ice cubes
Preparation:
At first cut the mango into medium pieces. Boil them until they are soft.
Now take out the pulp and sieve it to get the smooth pulpy juice. Add 1 cup of
water with it. Then blend the liquid along with all ingredients in a mixer.
Serve chilled sarbat with mint leaves.
