Chicken pieces – medium size

Garlic paste
Marinate the chicken with two types of curd, coriander powder and onion-ginger-garlic paste for 2hours. Heat ghee and white oil in a pan and add a little sugar. Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, mace and black pepper. Now add the marinated chicken and mix it well. Add salt and red chilli and mix well. Now add a little water and cover it with a lid till the chicken is soft. Now open the lid and when it becomes dry pour into a bowl. Serve with paratha, naan or pulao.
