Tandoori Pomfret |
Ingredients:
Pomfret – 2 pcs
Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – few drops
Salt
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Hung curd – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
White oil
Method:
Marinate pomfrets with
a few drops of lemon juice and salt and keep aside for 10 minutes. Then add all
ingredients except oil in the marinated fish and again marinate it for 2 hrs.
Now grease a flat pan and put the marinated fish. Keep it for 5 minutes. When
one side is done, turn over the fish and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Your pan fried tandoori pomfret is now ready. Serve hot with salad.
